Payments

Payment terms vary according to the nature of each booking, service type, travel dates and supplier conditions.
Specific payment schedules, deposits and deadlines will be communicated in each quotation or booking confirmation.
Failure to comply with agreed payment deadlines may result in cancellation of services or release of reserved inventory.


Changes & Amendments

Any amendment requested after confirmation is subject to:

The Next Trip reserves the right to make necessary operational adjustments, including route order, timings, suppliers or equivalent services, when required due to operational, safety or force majeure reasons.


Cancellations

Cancellation conditions vary according to the service booked, supplier contracts and timing of cancellation.

Specific cancellation terms will be provided with each confirmed booking.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
 

• Deposits may be non-refundable

• Late cancellations may incur partial or full charges

The Next Trip works with selected third-party providers including hotels, transport companies, guides, restaurants and experience operators.
While we carefully select our partners, some services are performed by independent suppliers. Their own operational rules, schedules and policies may apply.


Liability

The Next Trip acts as an organizer, intermediary and coordinator of travel services.
We shall not be liable for:
 

• Delays caused by airlines, ports, rail or third parties

• Weather conditions

• Traffic conditions

• Government restrictions

• Strikes

• Force majeure events

• Actions or omissions of independent suppliers beyond our reasonable control
   

Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the direct value of the contracted services, unless otherwise required by Portuguese law.


Travel Documents & Passenger Responsibilities

Clients and passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid:
 

• Passports

• Visas

• Travel insurance

• Health documentation

• Any required entry permits
   

Passengers are also responsible for arriving on time for transfers, tours and scheduled services.


Intellectual Property
